HonorVet Technologies is seeking an Executive Consultant to orchestrate and lead high-volume executive briefings at our Innovation Center in New York. You will blend strategic advisory with flawless program execution, designing human experiences and surfacing insights to drive ongoing improvement.

The role requires 8+ years in executive marketing, event management, or customer-facing program management, with a passion for hospitality and a proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in executive marketing, event management, or customer-facing program management in a large, complex organization.
• A genuine, deeply held commitment to hospitality—the belief that how people feel in your care is as important as what they take away.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment without compromising quality.
• Strong executive presence: you communicate with confidence, warmth, and clarity at all levels of an organization, from executive assistants to C-suite.
• Demonstrated skill as a relationship manager—building trust across vendors, internal stakeholders, and senior customer contacts at the same time.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a bias toward proactive, anticipatory action.
• Clear, professional, written, and verbal communication.
• Experience managing vendors and third-party resources for events or programs.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in O365, CRM systems, Teams/Zoom, and event or briefing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and execution of high-volume executive briefings, ensuring every touchpoint is deliberate, personal, and aligned to customer transformation goals.
• Deliver Unreasonable Hospitality by designing human experiences, with personalized welcomes and moments that demonstrate preparatory work.
• Serve as the primary point of contact on briefing days: visible, calm, decisive, and always three steps ahead.
• Manage strategic relationships with vendors, caterers, and cross-functional partners to align expectations and execute to high standards.
• Forge strong relationships with C-level executives and cross-functional teams, balancing customer needs with program goals.
• Review and qualify briefing requests, ensuring objectives, attendees, and logistics are defined before resources are committed.
• Reserve spaces, configure systems, and create briefing documents to program standards.
• Track milestones and troubleshoot issues in real time to ensure flawless execution.
