Job summary

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of relevant experience in a briefing center, events, or customer-facing marketing/support role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience with CRM processes and briefing management systems.
• Industry knowledge of technology services and solutions is strongly desired.
• Ability to engage with and advise multi-levels of the organization, including C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan and activate executive customer briefings from initial request through post-briefing follow-up.
• Consult with account teams to understand customer objectives and develop briefing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Design executive-level agendas that align to customer priorities and NTT DATA portfolio strengths.
• Lead planning meetings and cross-functional coordination among sales leaders, executives, SMEs, and internal stakeholders.
• Capture attendee data for marketing KPI and CRM reporting and provide briefing insights to leadership.
