The role blends strategic advisory with hands-on program execution, focusing on hospitality, relationship management, and operational excellence. You will orchestrate every briefing step from pre-arrival to post-visit follow-up, manage vendors and logistics, and act as the primary onsite contact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in executive marketing, event management, or customer-facing program management in a large, complex organization.
• A genuine, hospitality-focused mindset and the belief that how people feel matters as much as outcomes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong executive presence: clear, confident communication across all levels, from admins to C-suite.
• Demonstrated skill as a relationship manager—building trust with vendors, internal stakeholders, and senior customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic orchestrator and delivery lead for a high-volume executive briefing program.
• Design and execute all briefing elements from pre-arrival to post-visit follow-up.
• Manage vendor relationships, coordinate logistics, and serve as the primary onsite contact.
• Operate effectively in a high-pressure environment with unwavering execution standards.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, internal teams, and third-party vendors to drive continuous improvement.
