Qualifications

• 6+ years in executive engagement, events, or program management.
• Experience as the on-site owner during live executive events, including real-time problem resolution.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfort building and maintaining trackers, dashboards, or reporting in Google Sheets.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end logistics, coordination, and ongoing management of the Burlingame, CA Executive Briefing Center.
• Serve as the central point of contact to internal stakeholders involved in delivery and execution of briefings.
• Partner with Executive Engagement Leads and sales teams to deliver high-impact executive experiences.
• Manage vendor relationships and inventory related to the Center, and oversee systems and reporting for the program.
