Job summary

HonorVet Technologies is seeking an Executive Experience Consultant to design and lead high-impact executive engagements across Fortune 500 clients from our New York City base. You will craft end-to-end experiences, facilitate executive conversations, and align engagements with transformational goals.

This is a 12-month engagement with potential conversion to full-time, requiring senior-level presence and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

8+ years designing and delivering high-impact executive engagements or similar strategic programs.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels including sales teams and executives.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills with executive presence.
Strong program and project management capabilities with attention to detail.
Comfort navigating complexity and rapid change while keeping teams aligned.
Consultative, customer-first mindset translating business challenges into transformation opportunities.
Entrepreneurial drive to wow customers with innovative engagements.

Responsibilities

Design & Orchestrate Executive Experiences: Lead end-to-end design and execution of high-stakes executive briefings that exceed expectations and align to goals.
Influence & Inspire Change: Shift mindsets to an innovation-led, facilitator-driven model among stakeholders.
Build Trust Across the Organization: Forge relationships with sales leaders, C-levels, product evangelists, and cross-functional teams.
Industry-Aligned Advisory: Specialize in an assigned industry and synthesize insights to shape future briefings.
Navigate Complexity & Ambiguity: Thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving program standards.
Elevate Customer-Centric Storytelling: Turn goals into compelling narratives and immersive demonstrations.
