Job summary

Pentastar Aviation, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet executive travelers and aircraft crews with high energy and professionalism at our Executive Facilities. You will deliver Ritz-Carlton‑like service, handle guest requests, and coordinate parking, fuel, transport, and room arrangements.

You must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime, with strong communication and teamwork to ensure a flawless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license; able to complete DOT medical requirements.
• Solid customer service skills.
• Strong teamworking skills.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays and overtime as required.
• Willing to learn new processes and be open to coaching.
• Multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet executive travelers and aircraft crew with Ritz Carlton-like enthusiasm.
• Provide superior customer service to passengers, crew, and guests.
• Answer incoming phone calls and radio communications with aircraft and support personnel.
• Manage requests for fuel orders, parking/hangar, ground transportation, room reservations, catering orders, and key handling.
• Confirm all requests with customers to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain concentration while handling fast-paced tasks.
• Provide visitor security badges and directions within the facilities.
• Monitor security and safety requirements for customers and employees.
