Signature Aviation in Dallas seeks a Guest Experience Specialist to warmly welcome guests and crews, coordinate services, and ensure a smooth, memorable visit in a fast-paced aviation environment.

This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays, with strong hospitality and communication skills, operating both indoors and outdoors near aircraft and ground service equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Valid state driver7s license.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Able to pass background checks, drug tests, airport security checks, and be insurable.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Good judgment and ability to follow directions.
• Driving both manual and automatic transmissions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and crews, escort to front entrance, aircraft, or vehicles.
• Collaborate with team to ensure services are handled promptly and courteously; transfer information between guests, PAT, departments and external parties.
• Receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions; may assist with general accounting tasks.
• Provide concierge services (hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, customs appointments).
• Manage inquiries, resolve requests, and address billing concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature facilities, services, and local information.
