Job summary

Pentastar Aviation in Waterford, MI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet executive travelers and aircraft crews with Ritz Carlton–level enthusiasm and to deliver outstanding service at our Executive Facilities.

You will handle emails and in‑person visits, respond to calls, and coordinate fuel, parking, transport, room reservations, catering and badge handling, ensuring accuracy by confirming details with customers. This role requires flexibility and a team mindset.

Qualifications

• Bright and sharp communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet executive travelers and aircraft crew members in person and via email/phone.
• Coordinate fuel orders, parking/hangar, ground transportation, room reservations, catering, and key handling.
• Confirm all requests with customers to ensure information is accurate and processed.
• Issue visitor security badges and direct visitors within the facilities.
• Monitor security and safety requirements for customers and employees.
