Job summary

Pentastar Aviation seeks a Customer Service Representative to greet executive travelers and aircraft crew with Ritz Carlton–level enthusiasm at our Executive Facilities.

You will deliver outstanding service by handling emails and in-person visits, answering calls, coordinating fuel orders, parking, ground transportation, room reservations, and catering, while verifying details for accuracy in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Bright and sharp communication (written and verbal) skills are a must.
• Solid customer service skills.
• Strong teamworking skills.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays and overtime as required.
• Willingness to learn new processes and be open to coaching.

Responsibilities

• Greet executive travelers and aircraft crew with enthusiasm and provide top-level customer service.
• Provide superior customer service to passengers, crew members, and guests.
• Answer incoming phone calls, including radio communications with aircraft and support.
• Manage detailed requests for fuel orders, parking/hangar requirements, ground transportation, room reservations, catering orders, and key handling.
• Confirm all requests with customers to ensure accuracy and processing.
• Maintain concentration in a fast-paced environment while serving customers.
• Provide visitor security badges and directions within the facilities.
• Monitor security and safety requirements for customers and employees.
