Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an AV Support Technician to deliver exceptional meeting experiences by deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting conference room technology across executive and corporate spaces. The role emphasizes white-glove support, proactive maintenance, and rapid resolution of audio, video, and connectivity issues.

The position requires 1–5 years of AV support experience, familiarity with Teams Rooms, Logitech, and Crestron systems, and basic networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of AV support experience in corporate or high-tech environment.
• Experience supporting conference room technologies and collaboration platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Logitech conferencing solutions, and Crestron control systems.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.
• Basic networking knowledge including IP addressing, switching, device connectivity, and troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable supporting executives and business-critical meetings in a high-visibility environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot conference room technology and collaboration platforms.
• Provide white-glove AV support for executives and business leaders.
• Support executive boardrooms, leadership reviews, and high-profile events.
• Perform daily conference room sweeps and health checks.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, and connectivity issues and implement real-time solutions.
• Serve as on-site AV expert during critical meetings and events.
• Install, configure, and support AV equipment including cameras, microphones, and displays.
• Coordinate with IT, Facilities, networking, and vendors to maintain operations.
• Support room technology upgrades and new AV deployments.
• Manage incidents and requests via ServiceNow and document resolutions.
