Job summary

Axiom Global Technologies is seeking an experienced Executive Support and AV/Events Specialist to empower senior leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will coordinate executive calendars, manage high-profile meetings, and provide hands-on AV and collaboration platform support across Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and related systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in executive support, event support, AV support, or end-user services within a corporate environment.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, and VIP stakeholders.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, Zoom, Webex.
• Experience supporting AV and conferencing technologies including microphones, cameras, mixers, switchers, displays, and related systems.
• Strong knowledge of Windows devices, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, docking stations, printers, and workplace technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in high-visibility and time-sensitive environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent meetings, events, and executive support requests.
• Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive business information with discretion.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Experience supporting AV and conferencing technologies, including microphones, cameras, mixers, switchers, digital signage, displays, and related systems.
• Strong knowledge of Windows devices, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, docking stations, printers, and workplace technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in high‑visibility and time‑sensitive environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent meetings, events, and executive support requests.
• Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive business information with discretion.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting C‑suite executives, board meetings, executive briefing centers, and high‑profile corporate events.
• Certifications or formal training in Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Collaboration, Crestron, or AVIXA.
• Experience supporting hybrid events, live streaming, webcasts, and virtual event production.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise conference room technologies and executive collaboration spaces.
