Job summary

JLL is seeking an Audio Visual Technician to support our conference spaces and systems. You will deliver white-glove technical assistance for meetings, troubleshoot AV issues, and ensure equipment is available and functional.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in client-focused environments, familiarity with AV systems, and experience with Teams/Zoom/WebEx. The role demands professional presentation and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a client/customer service-oriented environment, preferably in a corporate conference center.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office in an office environment.
• Familiarity with integrated AV systems.
• Ability to learn new software as required for the position.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Experience with hotel, corporate conference center, or large enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove technical support for internal, customer, and C-level executive meetings.
• Proactively identify AV issues and provide solutions to clients’ concerns or needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of video conferencing services (Teams, Zoom, WebEx, etc.).
• Deploy and operate Crestron Flex and Polycom VTC codec.
• Monitor and manage conference room booking systems and assist with room setup.
• Review setup specifications for meetings and conferences.
• Ensure conference rooms are clean, functional, and properly configured.
• Troubleshoot and maintain audio/video devices and wiring; place IT tickets as needed.
• Perform routine testing, maintenance, and firmware updates on equipment.
