Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of technical support experience, including executive support.
• Hands-on live event AV production experience (audio, lighting, multi-camera, streaming).
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS, M365/AAD, Exchange Admin Center, Intune/Endpoint Manager, and AD/Azure AD administration.
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• PowerShell scripting for automation and diagnostics.
• Excellent communication and discretion when supporting executives.
• Able to work independently in Redwood City and handle physical setup of AV gear; lifting up to 50 lbs; flexible hours around events.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+ and AV-specific credentials are a plus.

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and their teams.
• Collaborate with IT to implement process improvements and best practices.
• Provide training on IT procedures to peers and support staff.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for the C-Suite across laptops, conferencing, and apps.
• Prepare technology for meetings, presentations, travel, and high-visibility events.
• Maintain executive conference rooms and AV systems; ensure readiness for livestreams.
• Own end-to-end production of monthly town halls and all-hands events, including rehearsals and live execution.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system; conduct root-cause analysis when escalating.
• Apply AI and new technologies to improve efficiency and outcomes; use data to inform decisions.
