Job summary

Visa Corporate Technology Support is seeking an AV & Event Operations Specialist to support executive meetings, corporate broadcasts, hybrid events, and live production across Visa campuses. This high-visibility role blends hands-on AV with customer service.

You will manage technical workflows, troubleshoot issues in real time, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure seamless experiences for senior leaders and external presenters during high-profile events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience supporting executive-facing events and high-visibility broadcasts.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in live production environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 break/fix and support for AV technologies across conference rooms, executive spaces, and event venues.
• Validate presentation content, audio, video, and collaboration technologies prior to meetings and events.
• Troubleshoot AV, audio, video, and conferencing issues in real time.
• Support conference room technologies including Microsoft Teams Rooms, audio systems, displays, cameras, microphones, and presentation systems.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and operational readiness of AV equipment.
