Job summary

TEKsystems in Bellevue, WA is seeking experienced Desktop Technicians for an on-site, long-term contract. You will support both Mac and Windows environments, with hands-on AV and conference room system troubleshooting, plus enterprise networking issues including VPN/DNS.

Expect VIP/executive support and strong collaboration with IT teams on a fast-paced desktop environment. This role requires hands-on management of devices through MDM tools such as Intune or Jamf, and deployment/imaging tasks

Qualifications

Hands-on experience supporting both Mac and Windows environments.
Experience with conference room and AV troubleshooting and support.
VIP/executive support experience.
Familiarity with enterprise networking issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, connectivity).

Responsibilities

Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop problems and implement corrective solutions.
Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot workstations and related hardware/software to meet SLAs.
Assess and implement hardware upgrades as needed (CPUs, RAM, disks, NICs, etc.).
Collaborate with network teams to ensure smooth desktop operations and resolve related issues.
Handle incoming calls/emails regarding desktop problems and manage MAC requests.
Maintain asset inventory and document incidents of failure/repair.
Liaise with third-party vendors as needed for support and procurement.
Research desktop products to support IT procurement and future planning.
