Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our on-site IT team. You will resolve software and hardware issues for employees, support Windows and Mac environments, and assist with user accounts and device setup.

You will work with an enterprise ticketing system, provide hands-on training, document solutions, and learn from Tier 2 teams to handle more complex duties. Prior Office 365 experience is a plus, and certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) in relevant technical field or 1 year related experience.
• Strong knowledge of MAC and Windows desktop environments.
• Office 365 experience is a plus.
• CompTIA, Microsoft, or other technical certifications preferred.
• Must be able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities

• Resolve software and hardware issues for employees in person, by phone, or via the enterprise help desk.
• Support ticketing system: respond to and track issues to resolution.
• Assist with user accounts, password resets, and device setup (PCs, printers, mobiles).
• Document, track, and monitor problems; provide training/materials as needed.
• Learn from Tier 2 teams for more complex duties and projects.
