• 2+ years in a desktop support or helpdesk technician role.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiar with mobile device management platforms and remote support tools.
• Clear, professional communication for non-technical users.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support—onsite, phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, VoIP phones, printers, and conference room systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across Windows and macOS.
• Set up and maintain user workstations, imaging, patching, and peripherals.
• Support industry tools such as CoStar, LoopNet, Argus, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, ArcGIS.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding—accounts, access, hardware setup.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and escalated tickets.
• Maintain records of IT assets and configurations.
• Assist with basic AV support and IT projects.
