Pyramid Consulting, Inc. seeks a Deskside Support professional for an onsite Seattle assignment.

This 12 months contract role focuses on hands-on IT support across multiple platforms, with responsibilities spanning hardware and software troubleshooting, asset management, and end-user training. The candidate will work closely with CLIENT teams to ensure smooth operation of devices, perform regular tech refresh activities, and support onboarding/offboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Experience providing on-site and remote desk-side support across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT tools (JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow) and identity management.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors for warranty hardware and asset lifecycle tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support for Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software, connectivity issues and assist with system configurations.
• Perform Mac and Windows system administration, asset tracking, and hardware procurement tasks.
