Job summary

Veeam in Seattle seeks a Desktop Support Engineer II, Executive Technical Support, to deliver high-touch tech support to executives and key stakeholders, ensuring secure and seamless operation. You will own executive incidents, manage A/V setups for board meetings and events, and maintain devices via Jamf and Intune, with strong ITIL processes.

The role requires 5+ years of end-user support across Mac/Windows/iOS/Android, deep Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and on-site coverage with after-hours

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience considered.
• 5+ years in desktop or end-user support, including executive-level support.
• Proven experience across Mac, Windows, iOS, Android environments.
• Strong IT infrastructure knowledge including AD, networking, servers.
• Deep proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Outlook/Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive.
• Hands-on with Zoom/Zoom Webinars for large executive events.
• Experience with Jamf and Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver executive-facing remote and on-site technical support with confidentiality.
• Provide coverage across standard and extended hours, including on-call.
• Own on-site audio/visual setup for board meetings and events.
• Manage executive hardware and software provisioning and patching.
• Image, configure, and deploy executive devices; roll out apps via Jamf/Intune.
• Coordinate onboarding with HR/IT and support executive travel tech needs.
• Maintain ITSM documentation and manage escalation end-to-end.
• Maintain spare equipment inventory for executive needs.
