Qualifications

• 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years at Amazon.
• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with executive level calendar management.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and scheduling with diplomacy and discretion.
• Organize and prioritize time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure actions are addressed.
• Organize, execute and assist with team activities (staff meetings, on-sites/off-sites, team events).
• Schedule cost-effective travel; create detailed itineraries; coordinate with in-house travel agents; submit expense reports.
• Coordinate with Recruiting, Facilities, HR, and other EAs within the AWS FDS team.
• Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on action items.
