Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support the VP of AWS Identity and Cloud Governance. This role requires superb judgment, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex calendars and sensitive information across global teams.

You will plan domestic and international travel, coordinate expense reports, drive key deliverables, and lead the Executive Assistants team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior level leadership support experience.
• Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.
• Experience leading process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements for internal and external stakeholders.
• High judgment and decision making in an ambiguous environment.
• Planning domestic and international travel.
• Manage expense report coordination and submission.
• Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, global team meetings, off-sites, and team social events).
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
• Act as a liaison for direct reports.
• Ensure adherence to Amazon Leadership Principles in daily work ethics.
