Job summary

Amazon Security in Seattle is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support a senior leader in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. The role requires managing complex schedules, coordinating across multiple teams and time zones, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations with the highest discretion.

You will handle travel end-to-end, prepare meeting materials, manage expenses and POs, and coordinate cross-functional programs aimed at improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior-level leadership support experience.
• Experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization.
• Experience building and leading teams in a matrix/managed culture.
• Experience with end-to-end project management or handling multiple assignments with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, multi-timezone calendars and meeting logistics.
• Plan domestic and international travel end-to-end, including itineraries and expense processing.
• Prepare briefing documents and attend meetings to capture action items and drive follow-through.
• Manage expense reports, POs, and vendor payments in line with policies.
• Plan and execute offsites, all-hands, and cross-functional events with logistics and attendees in mind.
• Draft communications and coordinate information flow between leader, directs, and partner teams.
• Drive program cadences (WBRs/MBRs) and track goals, risks, and improvements across programs.
