Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking an experienced executive assistant to support the VP of Engineering in Seattle. The role requires independent handling of complex tasks and small projects, leading staff meetings, and coordinating international travel while ensuring calendar accuracy and prioritization.

You'll partner with senior leaders and executive assistants across the company, driving efficiency, improving processes, and enabling scalable operations within a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior-level leadership support or 3+ years of Amazon experience.
• High school diploma is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide seamless support to the Vice President and leadership team to support organizational priorities
• Proactively manage leader's calendar with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate domestic and international travel in compliance with policies
• Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on items
• Act as a liaison for direct reports
• Lead team activities and meetings, including staff meetings and offsites
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts and forward-looking items
• Plan annual organizational calendar and prioritize emerging priorities
• Support and manage small to medium projects as needed
• Collaborate with Executive Assistants across the team
