Job summary

Visit Denver, The Convention & Visitors Bureau is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Vice President, Chief Tourism Development Officer in a dynamic Tourism department. The role encompasses coordinating global sales activities, travel trade, events, and center logistics to advance Visitor Information initiatives.

You will assist with reports, calendars, vendor relations, and staff scheduling, while ensuring accuracy and timely communications across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, English, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in a coordinator role; internship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Visit Denver’s vision and values through excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
• Coordinate departmental projects and assist with reports, minutes, calendars, and databases.
• Assist with staff scheduling, expense reports, invoices, and CRM usage.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to support programs and events.
