Job summary

Access Destination Services is seeking an entry‑level Sales Associate in Denver to support the Sales and Creative teams with vendor/venue bookings, travel, site visits, and proposals. You will gain exposure to all stages of the sales process and use Salesforce for data entry and reporting.

The role emphasizes hospitality experience, customer focus, and strong organization as you grow within the sales function, with flexible schedules to support client programs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience supporting or managing multiple clients/programs.
• Background in hospitality, ideally event planning or execution.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and team-oriented.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Salesforce CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and creative teams with vendor and venue bookings, transportation, site visits, proposals, budgets, and all stages of the sales process.
• Manage Salesforce data entry and reporting.
• Handle vendor bookings, holds, and schedule coordination for the sales team.
• Act as the out-of-office point person during site visits, FAMs, and pre-cons.
• Provide administrative support across sales, creative, and leadership teams.
