Job summary

Visit Denver seeks an Executive Meeting Manager to promote Denver as a premier destination for meetings and conventions, securing contracts from hotels and venues in the Metro Denver area.

The EMM will conduct business in and out of the office within the assigned territory, traveling locally and domestically to generate leads, build relationships, and convert opportunities into bookings while collaborating with the Convention Operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Administration required.
• Minimum two years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Hotel, tourism or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote Denver as a premier destination for meetings and conventions.
• Generate and maintain relationships with hotels, convention centers, and Visit Denver partners.
• Lead generation, qualification, and conversion of leads to bookings.
• Coordinate client site tours and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Travel within assigned territory and attend industry events as needed.
