GitLab Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer to support multiple senior leaders across time zones with calendar, travel, and expense management.

You will partner with the Senior Executive Business Partner to the CFO, helping coordinate recurring activities, communications, and cross-functional initiatives in a fully remote, distributed environment.

Formación

• Experience providing executive-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple senior leaders.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Navan, and related tools and processes, with ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Experience working independently, prioritizing and anticipating executive needs in a dynamic setting.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively manage complex calendars across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and visas where applicable.
• Manage expense reporting and reconciliation for each executive accurately and on time, following GitLab's policies.
