Job summary
Supabase seeks an Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a fast-moving, remote-first company. You will manage calendars, communications, and prep materials, enabling the CEO to focus on high-impact work. This role requires APAC timezone coverage and comfort working across founders, executives, investors, and partners.
You’ll thrive in async environments, think ahead to blockers, and help coordinate travel, board prep, and confidential information with integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Based in APAC timezones to provide strong leadership coverage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in async, remote-first, or globally distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the CEO’s calendar management and day-to-day operating rhythm.
- Manage inbox triage, emails, and stakeholder communications.
- Prepare briefings, agendas, decks, notes, and follow-up materials.
- Track follow-ups, decisions, and commitments to move projects forward.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel and logistics.
