Qualifications

  • > Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
  • > Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
  • > Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • > Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • > Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • > Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

  • > Maintain the executive's calendar, including meetings, appointments, travel, and visits to field or operating units.
  • > Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare agendas for meetings.
  • > Prepare presentations, memos, reports, and correspondence for the executive's signature or on behalf of the executive.
  • > Review correspondence to ensure consistency with organizational policies and practices.
  • > Conduct research and perform analytical tasks related to operational issues and strategic initiatives.
  • > Screen and prioritize calls for the executive, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
