Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an exceptionally driven Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders in the AGS Tech group. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate global travel, and organize leadership events with integrity and discretion.

You will partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Solutions Managers, and cross-functional teams across AWS to deliver critical administrative support and drive strategic initiatives for the executive team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior-level leadership support experience.
• Experience with executive-level calendar management.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
• Experience leading process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a complex executive calendar across global time zones.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and detailed itineraries.
• Plan and execute team events, off-sites, and leadership meetings.
• Handle confidential information with discretion in a fast-paced environment.
• Track key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
• Collaborate with other assistants and partners across the org.
• Space planning for the WW AGS Tech organization.
• Lead and contribute to the AGS Tech EA team.
