IMG LIVE is seeking an Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to a Manager in Los Angeles. This role requires independent judgment, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to anticipate the needs of senior business leaders.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience; direct industry experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in fashion, beauty, media, and/or entertainment.
• Preferred experience assisting a high-level Executive.

Responsibilities

• Screen incoming calls and emails for the Manager.
• Maintain daily communication with artists and oversee bookings.
• Manage the Manager’s travel schedule and related tasks.
• Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
