IMG Models LA is seeking an organized, proactive Assistant to support our talent management team. The role requires impeccable attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities across time zones while working closely with models, brands, and executives.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience assisting a senior executive.
• High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• CRM and SAP experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support and act as a reliable point of contact for talent and brands.
• Shadow back-and-forth contract negotiations and attend finance calls to deepen industry knowledge.
• Maintain updated calendars, travel, and portfolio logs for talent and managers.
• Prepare executive correspondence and decks using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Photoshop, and Adobe.
• Coordinate travel and scheduling logistics for talent and brand partnerships.
• Handle billing information and coordinate with accounting to monitor payment schedules.
