Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience assisting a senior executive.
• Strong MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud skills.
• Experience with CRM and SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support manager in deal negotiations and contract execution.
• Maintain calendars, booking charts, and talent portfolios.
• Prepare executive correspondence, decks, and pitches.
• Coordinate travel and logistics for talent.
