Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience supporting a senior executive, preferably a CEO.

Responsibilities
Enable CEO to focus on high-impact priorities by managing tasks.
Maintain CEO's calendar and travel, minimizing conflicts.
Prepare executive meetings with clear agendas.
Track decisions made in meetings and ensure follow-through.
Improve coordination among executive committee and board.
Represent CEO professionally in all communications.
Partner with Chief of Staff to enhance information flow.
Drive improvements in the executive office operations.
