Job summary

Disney Studios Marketing is seeking an organized Executive Assistant to support the SVP of Marketing for Studios and one Vice President. This on-site role in Burbank, CA offers exposure to campaigns, strategies, and the creative processes behind major film releases.

You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, arrange travel for premieres and events, and handle confidential information with discretion while representing executives to filmmakers and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative/marketing/coordination experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication for correspondences and materials.
• Organizational and project coordination across deadlines, launches and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to two leaders, managing a high-volume calendar.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and screen/direct calls.
• Arrange complex travel for premieres, press tours, events and industry engagements; handle expenses.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding campaign strategy, talent, and operations.
• Represent executives in interactions with filmmakers, talent teams, agencies and senior stakeholders.
• Assist onboarding of new team members and foster a collaborative culture.
• Identify ways to improve workflows and tools for better campaign coordination.
