Duke Energy in the United States is seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide high-level support to VPs, GMs, Managing Directors and multiple Directors. The role requires discretion, tact and diplomacy in all interactions.
You will manage calendars, screen calls, prepare reports and presentations, arrange travel, and coordinate meetings while maintaining organized files and efficient office operations in a demanding corporate environment.

This is a stand-alone position who provides support to VPs, GMs, Managing Directors or multiple Directors. Exercises confidentiality, tact and diplomacy.
Uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.; may prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquiries. Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and e‑mail. Maintains files, records, calendars and diaries; typically arranges business travel, coordinates meeting arrangements, and tracks expenses. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision; serves in non‑exempt capacity.
Bachelors Degree 2 years minimum related work experience
