Markage is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our fully remote U.S. team. You will provide high-level administrative and operational support to leadership. Your work will include calendar management, document preparation, meeting coordination, travel arrangements when needed, expense tracking, and keeping internal processes organized and running smoothly.

You will work closely with managers and internal team members in a fully remote setting. Clear communication, strong organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through are essential.

AI-assisted tools may be used to support documentation, summaries, scheduling, data organization, and other administrative tasks. All AI-assisted work must be carefully reviewed for accuracy, confidentiality, and relevance before it is used or shared.

Essential duties

  • Holds a valid Dex Professional Specialist Certification (DEX-PSP) in the Business and Office Operations domain.
