Job summary

Intuit in Mountain View is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant Business Partner to provide strategic, cross-functional support across marketing, sales and product leadership. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, prepare meetings, and act as a trusted partner and confidant to senior leaders.

The role requires discretion, superb communication, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

5+ years executive admin experience.
Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
Proven leadership and teaming capability.
Self-starter who can operate independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Strategically manage complex and detailed calendars.
Travel coordination and arrangements.
Partner across organizational boundaries with other EABPs and business partners.
Plan and support meetings, off-sites, and team motivation.
Ability to tame organized chaos while remaining calm and composed.
Take initiative to research, implement, and improve systems and processes.
Be trustworthy with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
Maintain organizational charts and email distribution lists.
Understand the organization’s vision, direction, and mission.
Provide counsel and direction to team members/peers.
