Position Overview

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of the executive office. The ideal candidate is poised, resourceful, detail-oriented, and accustomed to supporting executives in demanding financial services environments. This role requires exceptional professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Required Experience/Skills For The Executive Assistant
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional calendar management and travel coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple high-level responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-service mindset.
Preferred Experience/Skills For The Executive Assistant
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives or Managing Directors.
  • Previous experience within private equity, investment management, hedge funds, banking, or financial services is strongly preferred.
  • Experience coordinating board meetings, investor meetings, or executive events.Familiarity with Concur, Workday, Salesforce, or similar business systems.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
