Our client, a prestigious asset management firm, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their executive team. This position is hybrid with 3 days a week on site at their beautiful Midtown, Manhattan office!Job Responsibilities:
Make domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
Track and analyze investments, banking shares, credit card management, benefits, and membership (both personal and business)
Draft correspondence and communicate with external stakeholders
Develop strategic PowerPoint presentations for meetings
Coordinate, schedule, and plan executive board meetings
Project management as needed
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
10 – 15 years of corporate, executive assistant experience
Bachelor’s degree
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Experience using Salesforce
Excellent attention to detail
Proactive, self-starter with the ability to take initiative
