What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary administrative partner to four senior partners
Manage multiple busy calendars, keeping executives informed and prepared for all meetings and commitments
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and preparing materials
Monitor and respond to emails, draft correspondence, and maintain accurate contact databases
Arrange travel andlogistics
Prepare and submit accurate expense reports

Role Details
Pay rate range: $40-43 per hour, based on experience
Hybrid work environment with 2 days in-office per week
