This Executive Assistant role supports a team of eight West Coast-based private banking professionals, providing high-level administrative support including complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, confidential correspondence, and report preparation.

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and business documents.
  • Maintain records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Screen communications and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Anticipate leadership needs and manage competing priorities.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.
  • Support compliance, governance, and operational risk requirements.
