Manage complex calendars and scheduling for senior executives. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Facilitate effective communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Organize travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations. Support project management and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation as needed. Assist with ad hoc tasks and initiatives to support the consultancy and strategy department.
