Pride Global is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support C-level executives in a fast-paced corporate environment in New York.

This contract role requires proactive organization, discretion, and exceptional communication, with calendar management, travel coordination, and preparation of senior-level documents. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with pay $37–$40/hour for 6–12 months.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives within banking/financial services.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
  • Experience with Concur preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Coordinate virtual meetings using platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reporting
  • Screen calls, manage correspondence, and respond to inquiries professionally
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other executive-level documents
  • Handle highly confidential information with discretion
  • Support department initiatives, meetings, and special events
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and cross-functional coordination

Executive Assistant

Location:New York, NY(Fully On-Site)

Schedule:Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate:$37–$40/hour during the 6–12 month contract period. Compensation will be renegotiated upon conversion to a full-time employee.

This individual will have exceptional organizational skills, exercise sound judgment, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and confidently manage multiple priorities while supporting senior executives in the Bank/Financial Services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
  • Experience with expense management systems (Concurpreferred)
