Job summary

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of administrative or executive support experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
  • Strong discretion and handling confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
  • Interest in taking on new responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting logistics.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist with office operations, including furniture coordination, office moves, and workspace planning.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, equipment, and related resources.
  • Support office budgeting activities, including expense tracking and ledger maintenance.
  • Partner with recruiting teams to coordinate interviews, manage candidate scheduling, and collect interview feedback.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, including new hire orientation, equipment coordination, access setup, and employment documentation.
  • Participate in workplace safety initiatives and support compliance efforts.
  • Coordinate and track vendor and contract requests.
  • Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed.

Compensation
  • $130,000 range
