Job summary

TriSearch is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO for a fast-moving AI-enabled startup in New York City. You will manage the CEO's calendar, prepare meeting materials, and coordinate communications with investors, customers, and partners.

  • Coordinate meetings with customers, investors, candidates, advisors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage travel planning, expenses, and day-to-day logistics.
  • Track follow-ups and ensure key commitments are completed.
  • Help maintain the company's operating cadence, including leadership meetings and weekly priorities.
  • Support recruiting coordination for senior candidates and high-priority hires.

About The Company

Our client is a fast-growing, early-stage AI technology company building software for complex, high-trust professional workflows.

The company is developing AI-powered technology designed to automate traditionally manual processes and modernize how professional teams operate. They are building a category-defining business at the intersection of AI, enterprise software, and highly regulated professional services.

The Role

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to serve as a critical operational partner across scheduling, communication, company operations, recruiting, investors, customers, and day-to-day execution.

This individual will help the CEO move faster, stay focused, and operate with greater clarity as the company scales. You'll own calendar management, meeting preparation, follow-through, internal coordination, travel, and special projects that keep the organization moving.

This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for someone who is organized, discreet, proactive, and excited to work directly alongside the CEO of a fast-growing AI company.

What You’ll Do

  • Experience coordinating with investors, advisors, customers, or other external stakeholders
  • Experience developing lightweight systems and processes for executive operations
