Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and demonstrates exceptional judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

This role requires a resourceful professional who can manage competing priorities, handle confidential information with integrity, and serve as a trusted partner to executives and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and appointments across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate domestic travel, including detailed itineraries
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications and correspondence
  • Draft emails, memos, and other professional communications on behalf of executives
  • Support payor contracting initiatives
Operational & Administrative Management
  • Track action items and ensure follow-through on key initiatives
  • Support board meetings and leadership meetings (materials, logistics, etc.)
  • Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and internal communications
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information
Strategic & Cross-Functional Support
  • Act as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives
  • Improve administrative systems and workflows
  • Assist with event planning and company meetings
Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
