Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to support a senior executive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. You will manage complex priorities both professionally and personally, coordinating across stakeholders with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years supporting an UHNW individual, family office, or private principal.
  • Minimum of 7 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or business leaders.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern business technology platforms.
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and think several steps ahead.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars, travel, executive priorities, and confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex and ever-changing executive calendar, balancing multiple business and personal priorities.
  • Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Prepare executive briefings, presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials.
  • Screen communications, prioritize requests, and manage confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Coordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives.
  • Support strategic projects while anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.
  • Manage expenses, invoices, vendor coordination, and administrative processes.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the executive and internal, external, and strategic partners.
