Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership.
  • Experience supporting investor relations is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
