Job summary

Career Group is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior executives in a fast-paced, global environment. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare briefs, and handle confidential information with discretion.

This non-exempt role requires excellent communication, proactive problem solving, and the ability to anticipate needs across domestic and international operations, travel, and events, while ensuring executives stay prepared and organized.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting C-suite leadership in large, global organizations.
  • Strong judgment, confidentiality, and proactive issue anticipation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, logistics, and materials.
  • Prepare briefs, correspondence, presentations, and confidential documents.
  • Arrange detailed domestic and international travel.
  • Process expenses accurately and timely.
  • Serve as liaison to internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
  • Partner closely with other administrative staff to ensure seamless coverage.
  • Support special projects, leadership initiatives, and events.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance executive efficiency.
  • Provide occasional early‑morning, evening, or urgent support as needed.

Our client, a prestigious global investment firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior executives in a fast‑paced, global environment. This role requires strong judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to anticipate needs while managing complex schedules, communications, and priorities. You will serve as a trusted partner who ensures executives are prepared, organized, and able to operate efficiently. This is a non-exempt role.

Key Responsibilities
